BetaTech was founded in 1991 as a limited liability company and is a 100% subsidiary of steep GmbH.
The headquarters of the company are located in Bonn. In addition, there are mobile service locations and storage facilities in Baden-Württemberg and Lower Saxony.
From 1991 until today, BetaTech GmbH has developed into a successful and manufacturer-independent service company in the field of telecommunications technology, especially in the mobile radio, object radio and network sector.
By now, the company employs about 60 permanent employees as well as a large network of freelancers, has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 for many years and has established an organisational structure in the field of electrical engineering according to DIN VDE 1000-10.

Since January 1, 2017, BetaTech GmbH has been a member of the Bundesverband für Objektfunk e.V. (Federal Association for Object Radio).
